LifeLock, Inc. has quite the online and legal reputation. I actually do not know how they are still in business. For a full investigation of their business practices please visit:

I was utterly amazed.
Anyhow, onto business...

Board of Directors
Todd Richard Davis- Chairman of the Board (and CEO) of LifeLock. Also a director of: Vimo, Inc. and getinsurance.com
Chini Krishnan, Director of Lifelock. Founded Vimo, Inc (CEO?) and a member of Bessemer Venture Partners.
David Cowan, Director at Lifelock. Also Director at Vimo, Inc. Member of Bessemer Venture Partners.
***Bessemer Venture Parts funded LifeLock
So, before we get any further in the directors of LifeLock let's explore these three.
David Cowan's current porfolio and directorships at BVP:
Crowdflowers, Getinsured(or Vimo, if you prefer), LifeLock, Linked In, Nominum, Reputation.com, Skybox Imaging, Smule, and Zoosk.
His Blog:
http://whohastimeforthis.blogspot.com/
Or, as his bio states, you can watch him in his Capella group: Voices in Harmony
His e-mail is: david@bvp.com
Twitter: www.twitter.com/davidcowan
Describes himself as: VC, father, singer, atheist, juggler, scrabbler, diver, chess player, TEDster...
He lives in Menlo Park, CA
Crowdflowers has (or is) being sued for labor violations.
Chini Krishnan, full name Sirnivasan Krishnan, current porfolio/ownerships:
Vimo, Inc. (which he created)
GetInsured.com (not portfolio- Founder/CEO)
The management team that runs both of these companies is the *exact* same
http://www.vimo.com/html/team.php
https://www.getinsured.com/health-insurance/management-team/
His bio states that he took Valicert public- a company that apparently ended up struggling and then being overtaken by another company.
Mr. Krishnan's blog:
http://www.getinsured.com/blog/
Vimo has only 19 BBB complaints over the past three years. Reviews are decent. Getpaid.com are less... liked. Weird considering they appear to be the exact same company.
Personal Thought:
I would venture (eh? eh? pun? no? oh) to say that this seems fairly unethical. It takes the Jamie Dimon issues (the chairman and the CEO issue recently) to the next degree. If it's questionable that you can be fully accountable to the board if you are on the board- it's likely impossible to be accountable to the board if you are on each others boards. It seems like it would devolve into a you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours- over and over and over again (which may be why Mr. Davis is still in charge of Lifelock in spite of many missteps) especially considering that the three of them are literally half the board.
Tom Ridge, Director.
Thomas Joseph Ridge, Former Director of Homeland Security, Former Governor of Pennsylvania.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tom_Ridge
I can say some nice things: I respect his time serving America in the military in Vietnam. I appreciate his involvement in Hollingsworth v Perry, and respect his 30+ years married to the same woman.
Alleged ALEC/Penn prison building thing... seriously, gross dude. (I can totally be judgmental politically- people who abuse their power (ahem, like a governor working with ALEC) for their own good make me angry)
I'm also against torture... so if that allegation is true. Well, there are no words for how despicable I think you are.
BREATH! CALM DOWN! Okay.
A virgo, in 2004 he left the position in Homeland Security and founded an Advisory Firm.
This guy should probably work for reputation.com instead of LifeLock. Other than his (and all politicians) easily seen political filth- his record is shiny. Powerful people usually have a way of burying the dirt better than the rest of us.
Albert "Rocky" Pementel, Director.
Vice President and Chief of Sales of Seagate. What's Seagate, you ask? Well, founded in 1979- they build computer parts- mainly regarding storage (hard drivers, data back up, etc)
Also a director at Imperva, Inc.
He was also the director of Xilinx, Inc.
In 2011 he pulled in more than 6 million dollars through Seagate alone.
Roy A Guthrie, Director
Former CFO and Executive Vice President of Discover (former quasi -employee here! I called for the ability to accept it. I heard the rants...So, I can clearly state... no one likes them)
Director at Springleaf, The Student Loan Corporation, Nationstar Mortgage Holdings, Garrison Capital, BlueStem Brands (Direct Mail marketing with the *added* bonus of paying right out of your paycheck)(Fingerhut, too.Don't do it! I bought a (metal) bed from them in college and it literally broke while we were putting it together- seriously 1300 complaints to the BBB in three years! They're apparently not getting any better), Associates First Capital Corp (owned by Citi)
Looky what I found!
http://settlements.lenderwatch.org/the-compucredit-and-jefferson-capital-scam-financial-scams/
http://www.techagreements.com/agreement-preview.aspx?title=encore%20capital%20group%20-%20agreement%20between%20compucredit%20and%20midland%20funding&num=404655
I'm sure it won't be my only connection between all these people. Hang around long enough and you'll figure out that they all know one another and they help each other out. So, one of the directors of lifelock (the one with the fabulous array of much beloved financial groups) is a director for a company(Fingerhut) in bed with Midland Funding and Compucredit(or Atlanticus rather).
Nationstar is being sued for selling loans rather than servicing them (Mar 2013)
There is a facebook page for "Nationstar Mortgage Victims" (maybe I should do the due on them later.)
1400+ complaints in the last three years on the BBB
669 complaints on consumeraffairs.com
Oof. Foreclosure is just so much more sad than debt. Debt makes people angry- anger is easier to deal with than sadness. Anyhow.
Yeah, this guy sounds like misery and destruction follow in his path.
So, Management?
Todd Davis, CEO
Hilary Schneider, President
Chris Power, CFO
Martin Davis, Chief Marketing Officer
Steve Seoane, Chief Product Officer
Rich Stebbins, Chief Infrastructure Officer
Clarissa Cerda, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Larry McIntosh, Chief Executive Officer of ID Analytics
Oh, Mr. Davis lived, in 2012, at 4401 East Taurus Place. in Chandler, AZ. The house was bought for $560,000 (56,000 months of Lifelock charges) but the house was recently appraised at $475,300.
Ouch. Maybe Mr. Guthrie can help you out. I mean, he's part of the banking cabal, right?
Also, Mr. Davis gave $11,400 to the Republicans in the last elections cycle.
This is where I get off the bus on this one- after finding that beautiful piece of journalism (wow. you go journalist! we need more like you out there!) in the Phoenix News Times (link provides near top) I don't feel that I could expand much better than that! (Also, I know that I don't write as well... forgive me. Journalism is obviously not my trade.)
First Amendment, Public Records... yada yada yada.
